What services do you offer?I specialize in selling residential properties. I can also act as a buyer's agent, assisting you in finding your new home or investment property.

What areas do you serve?I focus on the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, including Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, and Kauniainen. I am also happy to take listings from other areas in Uusimaa and beyond on a case-by-case basis.

What is your comission?My base listing commission in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area is 3.0% of the sales price, plus a base fee of 500 euros. However, my commission is always negotiable, depending on the listing and the customer's needs. My buyer's agent commission is 3.0% of your budget, plus a base fee of 500 euros. A fixed buyer's agent fee is recommended to avoid any conflict of interest.

What is included in the buyer's agent service?I will work with you to determine the type of property you’re looking for. Once I have a clear understanding, I will shortlist suitable property listings and provide my professional opinion on each option. After that, I will arrange a showing for us, either in person or via video call. When you’ve found the property you want to buy, I will negotiate the best possible deal on your behalf. If it’s being sold through an agency, I will review all the documents and the sales contract draft. If the property is being sold directly by the owner, I will also draft the sales contract for you.
